All orders are processed within 3 to 4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Duration

Domestic shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days after the order has been processed. Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier delays beyond our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.

Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed or lost in transit, we will assist in resolving the issue with the carrier. However, once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, JStoresPremium is not responsible for delays or damages that occur during shipping.
